New app, who dis?2019-12-27T17:43:08+00:00

Gotcha rolls out new app for bikes and scooters.

It should come as no surprise that we’re genuinely fond of our riders. They’re our buds. Our besties. All of them are our favorites, and we couldn’t possibly choose just one. It’s one of the many reasons we’re constantly working to provide the best experience possible whenever someone uses our products and technology.

That’s why—drumroll please—we’re excited to announce that we’ve rolled out a new app for our bikes and scooters called Gotcha Mobility. You can download it today in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. If you’re an existing rider, you’ll have to download the new Gotcha Mobility app before you can continue using our bikes and scooters. The old app Gotcha Bikes app will no longer allow you to find or rent our products. If you’re a new rider, no worries. Just get the app and go.

While we’re sad to see our old app ride off into the sunset, we’re even more excited to share everything our new platform has to offer. And what is that? We’re so glad you asked.

- An improved user experience to make life more intuitive
- Enhanced reliability for our bikes and scooters
- The opportunity to offer promo codes (‘cause who doesn’t like discounts?)
- Easy access to Rider Experience through the app via text, phone, and email

In other words, it’s just (and there’s no easier way to put this) better. We hope you love it as much as we do!

Have questions? We’re here to help.

We want this transition to be as seamless as possible, but hiccups happen. If you have any questions (or—ya know—just want to say hey), you can always give our Rider Experience team a shout. You can call/text them at 844-254-7174 or send an email to [email protected].
