4 Fort Lauderdale coffee spots to scoot2019-07-22T14:42:39+00:00

What’s our coffee craving?

There is one thing almost everyone in the #GotchaGang has in common, and it’s our love for coffee…specifically cold brew. While summer starts heating up, we’ve put together a list of our favorite Fort Lauderdale java spots. If you’re in need of a caffeine fix, hop on a Gotcha scooter to satisfy your coffee craving.

Scoot to the Grind Coffee Project for a cup of joe made by the owner himself, Yoni. You’ll walk into the smells of coffee filling the room, which usually alternates between Kuma, Panther, Ceremony, and Anodyne coffees. But what landed Grind on this list? The epic amount of fun toppings, such as Nutella, balsamic vinegar, and candied bacon. Some of us in the #GotchaGang even have a coffee subscription and receive two 12oz bags of coffee on our doorstep each month!

Any Gotcha football fans out there? We ask because Circle House Coffee was founded by retired NFL Linebacker, Stephen Tulloch. For those who aren’t the biggest coffee fans, Circle House Coffee offers a drink that will change your mind - the Espresso Tonic. It’s a CBD infused coffee-slushy and it is delicious. Also, don’t forget to check out their delicious food menu…so many choices.

Why does BREW feel like home? Because that’s exactly how the owners Dan and Sarah want to feel. They love having the community over to their house so much it’s more like a family than anything else. BREW’s coffee is locally roasted by their friends at Wells Coffee Company (see number 4). Our favorite BREW is the cold brew, considering we have it on tap at our Charleston headquarters.

This local Fort Lauderdale coffee spot started as a Kickstarter campaign in 2013. Married couple Nicole and Brandon’s passion for coffee opened their first brick-and-mortar in 2016 to spread their love for coffee and see more and more people “Drink Deeply.” We love a good dark roast, which is why “Horizon” is a favorite. It’s a bold coffee combining the earthiness of Indonesia with the fruitiness of East Africa. If you need a caffeine fix, scoot to Wells Coffee and park your scooter in the hub right outside!
